Their homes are built under the federal building code administered by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This HUD Code regulates home design, construction, strength and durability, fire resistance, energy efficiency and general overall quality of construction. This is what makes our homes unique. Conventional constructed homes are typically not built under such stringent guidelines.
